Log into your ZCS (Zimbra Collaboration Suite)
You will see Vtwitter under Zimlets
Right click on Vtwitter to get the preferences menu and click on it.
Enter your Twitter account details and click OK.
( If you don't have a Twitter account, you can get one for free at http://twitter.com )
 
Now you will be back to the main mail view. Now click (normal click) on Vtwitter.

Write your message that you want to send to your Twitter account. Remember it only accepts 140 characters.
Click OK.
That's it! You have sent a message from you Zimbra email to your Twitter account.
